What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), handle.
• Gameplay data: the predictions you make, your points balance, score history, and leaderboard standing.
• Profile & preferences: avatar, display settings, notification choices, and any content you post.
• Device data: app version, device type, and (with permission) push-notification token.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, session timestamps.

How we use it

To operate the game, score predictions, run the leaderboard, prevent cheating and abuse, send notifications you opt into, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data. We do not collect payment or financial information because the game is free and involves no money.

Who we share with

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service on our behalf.
• Analytics and crash-reporting tools that help us improve the app.
• Push-notification services (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver alerts you enable.
• Law enforcement when legally compelled.

Data retention

Account and gameplay records are retained while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records to prevent abuse or comply with law. Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of your data anytime from settings.
• Correction: update profile fields directly, or contact us.
• Deletion: request account closure and deletion of your personal data at any time.
• Portability: export your prediction history and points ledger as CSV/JSON.

Cookies

We use session cookies (essential, no opt-out) and an optional analytics cookie. No third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We use TLS for all traffic and apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data.

Children

The Service is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
